Victoria C. Dorn
Victoria Dorn is an experienced, passionate, and client centered attorney specializing in criminal defense. Prior to entering private practice, Victoria worked for over 6.5 years in the Pueblo and Arapahoe offices of the Colorado State Public Defender, rising to the position of Senior State Public Defender. Victoria has represented thousands of clients charged with offenses ranging from traffic infractions to First Degree Murder. She has successfully negotiated plea agreements that have mitigated the collateral consequences of a criminal conviction, including immigration consequences; has prevented clients from serving county jail and prison sentences; reduced felony charges to misdemeanors; and has obtained the complete dismissal of all criminal charges. She is a zealous advocate who has conducted hundreds of bond, preliminary, competency, evidence suppression, sentencing, and probation revocation hearings. Victoria has taken over 50 cases to jury trial and has won acquittals for clients facing lifelong prison sentences. Victoria was born in Managua, Nicaragua and is a native Spanish speaker.
